Why We Teach: Education Creates Better Outcomes

 Learn through the nationally recognized Equi-First Aid USA curriculum with Sara Carter, a member of the Equi-First Aid USA Advisory Board. From youth and first-time horse owners to equine professionals and emergency responders, these hands-on programs are designed to help participants become more prepared and confident advocates for the horses in their care. 

 Nutrition is one of the most important—and often most misunderstood—aspects of equine health. Through classes, workshops, and consultations, we help owners better understand feeding programs, forage, supplements, and practical nutrition strategies that support long-term health and performance.

 Learning doesn't stop when class ends. Sara is the author of the Intentional Stretch & Proprioception course for Holistic Animal Studies by Angel's Animals LLC, where her professional educational journey began. She has also authored Visible Light & Infrared Therapy, awaiting publication. These professional education opportunities reflect her ongoing commitment to lifelong learning, evidence-informed practice, and sharing practical knowledge with professionals and horse owners. 

 Throughout the year, we host (or have events hosted at other venues) educational clinics and special events covering a wide variety of equine health, wellness, performance, and management topics. We also welcome opportunities to collaborate with guest clinicians and industry professionals to provide diverse educational experiences.
